Several projects will require approval from local authorities, managements, partners or investors. Most of the time we can create the required documentation to go through the approval process, we have close relationships with mall managements and experience with local authorities. When necessary we will recommend builders, architects and engineers with the experience and licenses to execute more complex projects.
